Jide Tinubu is the founder and CEO of Tenax Marine Limited. He is a seasoned
and successful entrepreneur who co-founded the TSL group of companies. He
was a co-founder in Transport Services Limited (TSL), the leading road
transportation company in Nigeria, as well as TSL logistics, the largest
independent petroleum infrastructure O&M (Operations & Management)
company in Africa. He has over 18years experience working in different roles
within the oil and gas industry both locally and internationally.
Prior to founding these Companies, Jide worked in the Legal Department of
Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (now ExxonMobil), and with Cargo Maritime,
Paris – a firm of shipbrokers that specializes in petroleum product tankers.
Mr. Tinubu also worked with Ocean and Oil Services Limited, where he regularly
coordinated large scale road transportation of bitumen and other petroleum
products purchased from the company to various parts of the country.
Jide holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Liverpool, England
and a Master’s degree in Maritime Law from the University of London. He was
called to the Nigerian Bar in 1999.
Bayo Olukotun has garnered lots of experience during his career in various
sectors of the marine and maritime industry.
He has in the past twenty-five years, worked in several companies including
UMARCO/Coastal Service, Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company
as well as Bourbon Interoil Nigeria Limited amongst others.
He worked in various roles such as Shipping & Forwarding, Terminal operations,
Marine Logistics, Maritime contract management amongst others.
Bayo obtained his bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Ibadan,
and has taken courses from Lloyd Maritime Academy including the Diploma in
Maritime Business Management.
Ayoola has over 10 years’ experience working in Human Resources / Admin and Operations across Manufacturing, Automobile and Aviation Consulting Sectors.
He was the Head, Human Resources and Admin at Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited (Operators of Murtala Muhammed Airport, Domestic Terminal 2). Before joining Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited, Ayo was the Lead Consultant, Human Resources at HT Business Consulting Ltd where he was the lead consultant for the Growth and Employment (GEM)Project of the Federal Government and World Bank. He also led the HR team to consult on the UKAID DEEPEN project in Nigeria.
He was Head, Human Resources and Admin at Proforce Limited (Manufacturers of Armored Personnel Carriers and Bullet Proof Automobiles). He was the General Manager in charge of Operations at Lacuna Filled International Ltd and HR Manager at Lisabi Mills Nigeria Limited (Nigeria’s pioneer Food Processing Company).
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) and Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD)

Olanrewaju is a diligent and goal oriented professional with experience spanning
over 14 years in corporate finance, finance business partner, treasury and risk
management, tax planning and management, strategic financial planning and control, accounting, audit, and reporting. He has a proven track record of strategic and transformational Initiatives and building and leading finance teams in companies with significant operating scale and complexity, largely in the oil and gas and Maritime sectors.
He was the Country finance Manager at Red Offshore Bv., Group Finance Manager at Hobark International Limited (an integrated Oilfield Services Companies). He is a (regular) speaker at seminar (s)/conferences on Finance and he has published articles on Finance, tax management, accounting, and regulatory reporting and compliance.
Olanrewaju holds a BSc Accounting from Lagos State University, and he is an
associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered
Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He is currently the Chief Finance Officer of Tenax
Marine Limited.
James is an Enterprising, Conventional and Social Individual with over 15 years
working experience in the Oil and Gas Support Services, Real Estate and Finance
Sector. His attributes support company general compliance and regulatory
affairs, Business Development, Accounts and Administrative duties both for
start-ups and established companies.
Prior to joining Tenax Marine, James worked with Portplus Limited; an indigenous
oil servicing company as the Head, Finance / Business Development and lead
the team to participate and won 5 years + 2 NAPIMS / SHELL Contract for New
Build PSV and prepared the Cashflow to raise finance for the acquisition of the
asset (MV MATHIAS PRIDE) to mark a new era for the Company. He has also
worked with Century Energy Services Limited (an Oil Servicing Firm) as Finance
Coordinator and Project Team member for the acquisition of SHELL Kidney
Island Facility (now Century Port and Terminal). He also worked with Diverse
Concept Limited (a Real Estate Firm) and team player that won a contract of 816
Flats Lagos State Housing Estate in Igbogbo Ikorodu, Lagos.
James is a graduate of Accounting from the University of Lagos and has obtained
several trainings in Sales and Marketing including a certification from Lagos
Business School (Pan-Atlantic University). He is a Life Learner and Team Oriented
with highly developed skills in delivering superior solutions to clients and able to
build motivated team that consistently exceed targets from sourcing for
opportunities to successful job completion.
